Three Taverns’ third location sits inside Signal House, part of the Ponce City Market redevelopment along the Eastside BeltLine. Gentle Works built the design around the history of the site itself. The name Ponce de Leon Avenue comes from a mineral spring that once drew Atlantans here for recreation and refreshment, surrounded by pleasure gardens. Spring to rail line, distribution centre to BeltLine, the site has always been a place of movement and gathering. The brewery reads as the next version of that.
The palette pulls from three sources: the sunset gradient of A Night on Ponce IPA, the reflective materiality of brewing equipment, and the industrial character of the rail corridor. A stainless-steel bar and elevated serving tanks anchor the centre, with custom banquettes and furnishings that reinterpret the geometry of the surrounding rail infrastructure.
The 3,300 sq ft space holds a bar and tasting room, a working brewery, a kitchen serving DAS BBQ, and an outdoor patio over the BeltLine. Opened April 2026.
