We manage all the operational aspects, including ticket sales, marketing materials, promotional codes, volunteer recruitment, and payments. You’ll be free to focus on curating amazing spaces. - Marketing Support:
We provide everything you need to promote the tour, from customized social media posts to printed signage. Plus, we’ll feature your tour on our website and promote it to our audience through email newsletters, social media, and local press contacts. - Ticketing and Payments:
We manage ticket sales through our website, including handling payments and customer service. If your tour includes limited guided options, we’ll handle the booking and waitlist system for you. - Revenue Sharing:
All tours are priced at $60 per ticket, and we split the revenue 50/50. You take care of local preparations, and we cover the logistics and marketing to ensure the tour is a success. - Additional Features:
We offer optional audio guides, which can enhance the tour experience. If your architects would like to participate, we can create these guides for an additional fee. This cost can be passed on to the architect if preferred.

Volunteer Responsibilities
As a volunteer, you’ll be working directly with our tour docents and attendees. Here’s what you’ll do:
Check-In & Registration: Welcome attendees, check tickets, and help with check-in. You’ll use our app to scan tickets and provide wristbands.
Docent Assistance: Assist docents at each location by helping guide attendees, answering general questions, and ensuring the smooth flow of the tour.
Venue Oversight: Help maintain the properties by ensuring guests respect the tour guidelines, such as removing shoes or wearing booties (which will be provided).
Customer Assistance: Provide basic information about the tour to attendees and be available for any questions they may have.

How to Volunteer
Select Your City: Head to the Calendar page and find the tour happening in your city.
Apply to Volunteer: Fill out the Volunteer Application form, selecting your preferred time slot (morning or afternoon).
Confirm Your Shift: We’ll email you a confirmation with the time and location of your shift, along with any other details you’ll need for the day.
Get Your Free Tickets: Once you’ve completed your shift, you’ll receive 2 free tickets to enjoy the tour. Use them on the same day or share with a friend!
What are the shift times?
Shifts are typically 3 hours, either from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
You’ll have the rest of the day to explore the tour with your free tickets.
Do I need experience?
No prior experience is necessary.
We’ll provide all the training and materials you need to be successful as a volunteer.
What should I wear?
Dress comfortably and be prepared to stand for your shift.
You may be asked to wear volunteer identification such as a lanyard or T-shirt provided by us.
How do I receive my free tickets?
A few days prior to your shift, we’ll issue you 2 free tickets that you can use on the same day or share with a friend.
What if I can’t make my shift?
