The tour is regional by design. Great work rarely sits inside city limits, so our Atlanta program now spans the metro area and beyond, from intown residential to Serenbe. One ticket, one weekend, the full range of what is being built here. Your tour ticket includes ALL locations except the ‘Serenbe Only Pass’ which applies to locations in Serenbe only.
Every project is selected for the same reason: it has something to say about how we build now. Material choice, spatial thinking, sustainability, and interiors that hold up under real use. Architects and homeowners are present at many locations, so you get the reasoning behind the work, not only the finished result.
Tour locations span the Atlanta metro area, including Serenbe, approximately 40 minutes southwest of the city. Plan your route in advance; the program is designed to be covered across both days.

Important Information
Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the tour date. The tour goes ahead regardless of weather.
Show your ticket QR code on your phone or print it out and bring it with you to the tour location. Tickets are only sold online via architecturetours.us. Some tour locations have special hours OR limited attendance. Please check program for details.
No children under the age of 10 are allowed on the Tour. This includes infants.
If there is a short wait to enter the Tour location, we ask for your continued patience and understanding.
Please note, there is not a public restroom at any tour location.
