The Colakoglu Residence is a 5,423 square foot modern 3 story home sitting on 1 acres of land on 556 Tara Trail in Sandy Springs. The lot drops off 40 feet from front to back. This allows the house to be two stories in the front and three stories in the back. The house materials for the exterior are Gray Granite Stone, Thru Color Fiber Cement, Steel, Standing Seam Metal Roofs, Rice + Resin Composite Siding, and of course plenty of glass.
