550 RMG marks a major milestone for 11th & Co., the first Black woman-led and operated talent management firm. The newly completed headquarters, located in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward, reflects the bold growth of a company shaping the future of creative industries. Chairwoman and CEO Ebonie Ward led the transformation of a former animation studio into a multi-use creative hub that now houses five Black-owned businesses under one roof.
Designed by Annysa LaMantia and built by Regents Custom Builders, the 10,000-square-foot renovation was completed in just six months—an ambitious schedule that met Ward’s vision for a luxury-forward, future-facing space.

Design:
The redesign of 550 RMG included a full interior demolition and exterior renovation to repurpose the former studio into a space suited for dynamic collaboration. All flooring was replaced, lighting upgraded, and technology modernized—including a new state-of-the-art recording studio.
New architectural features, custom finishes, and curated artwork contribute to a unified luxury aesthetic. The layout emphasizes spacious, revitalized work areas and intentional zones for production, meetings, and social engagement.
Interior Designer Annysa LaMantia said of the project, “Our goal was to make sure the environment was a reflection of all of the elite creatives it would soon become home to. Our client, Ebonie, is a true visionary, so we wanted to design spaces that indicated forward motion, growth, and innovation and encapsulate it in a luxury aesthetic.”
